Grange Farm Trotters are a friendly running club catering for all levels of runner. We compete in many local road races from 5k to marathons; we have a marathon training programme to help get our members round the London Marathon and we compete in 2 cross country leagues during the winter months. We also host 3 road races each year. We pride ourselves on having fun and helping runners reach their potential from complete novice to county standard.

Club Training Sessions Wednesday 7.30pm Varied sessions from the recreation ground in Great Dunmow. Includes Time trials, hill and speed reps. Weekend Runs Marked road runs of varying distances: 5 - 25 miles. Details of times and venues on the website notice board. Friday pm (Summer) Summer Friday night pub runs : 5 miles from various venus Details on website notice board.
