Griffithstown Harriers was set up in September 1983 and is now a well established running club. We are a friendly social club who welcomes runners of all abilities. We are based at The Oasis Sports Club on Edlogan Way in Cwmbran and are within easy reach of Newport, Cwmbran and Pontypool areas. We cater for all tastes, competing in Road, Fell, Trail, cross country and even multi challenge events as well as team relays.

Club Training Sessions Monday 7:00 pm Beginners night - between 3 - 5 mile walk/run dependant on ability Tuesday 7:00 pm Normal Training night for men and women Run between 5 to 10 mile with speedwork sessions in winter Thursday 7:00 pm Normal training night for men and women. Run between 5 to 10 mile maybe longer dependant on weekend racing.
