Club Training Sessions

Tuesday 7.30pm
Meet at Tiptree Sports Centre, Thurstable School. Each week different, but designed by our coach to keep you interested and never left behind. Suitable for senior and veteran runners of all abilities.

Thursday 7.30pm
Usually a smaller group that mainly adds miles to the legs Though the group does have input here
