Club Training Sessions

Wednesday 7pm
Runs from Southampton Solent University, meet at 18.45 for 19.00 departure. Regular programme available from club website

Monday 6pm
Usually runs from Southampton Common, Outside Cowherds Public House. Please check website for programme details and contact information
