Club Training Sessions Mondays at 6.00pm Road Runners have a run of up to 5 miles. Other groups use the track and gym. Wednesday at 6.00pm Road Runners have a choice of runs up to 10 miles. Thursday at 6.00pm Road Runners have a speed session on the track Other groups use the track and playing fields.
