Allenbury's Running Club.		 Allenbury's Running Club are a section of Allenbury's Sports & Social Club. We became affiliated to the Herts County AAA to provide a focus for the many runners within our club.

Club Training Sessions

Mon & Wed 12.15pm
6/7 miles in groups to suit speed & fitness of runners. Occasional interval, hill and track sessions. Occasional bleep test.

Tuesdays 12.30pm
Circuit Training

Fridays 12.15pm
9/10 mile cross country run in groups to suit level of runner
