We are a sociable club and aim to use our get-togethers to allow everyone to develop their running potential in a stimulating but friendly environment.

Our membership spans a very broad set of abilities, ages, physiques and running ambitions. There is a roughly an equal minutes and others who would take more than double that time give you an idea, we have members who run a 10k in about 36 minutes and others who would take more than double that time . Our youngest member is 19 and our oldest is 62.

New members who join Caerleon Running Club will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Caerleon Running Club having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Caerleon Running Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).
