Friendly club established in 1983.

Good mix of new and experienced runners. Main ethos is promoting running in the community.

190 members growing rapidly over the past year from 50. 60% lady membership up from 12%.

Every runner very important member to us. We train in groups to accommodate speed/distance preferences. We meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Please check website for weekly activites.

New members who join Witham Running Club will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Witham Running Club having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Witham Running Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Monday 7.30pm
Five Group runs 5 to 7 miles and beginners session check website Winter from Witham Town Football Club and Summer village Pub runs check website

Thursday 7.30pm
Structured Training with UKA Qualified Coaches to meet all runners needs Bramston Sports Centre Witham. Also an easy 5 for those that prefer.

Sundays 9am
Longer runs from Morrisons Witham-run in groups 8-12 miles with Coffee at long table afterwards.
