We have been established since April 2005. We run from the Y.P.I. on Chants Ave North. We welcome all abilities & promise to look after, nurture & support your running needs. We actively encourage communication & feedback so that we can continue to build membership We are a group of ladies of mixed abilities. Some of our ladies enter races of various distances. So we adjust our training needs to suit. We also have a training plan of set routes & distances if ladies want a set routine.
