New members who join Shropshire Shufflers will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Shropshire Shufflers having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Shropshire Shufflers will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

All abilities - 1 hour run - groups by standard of runner, includes walking group for complete beginners. Meet at Porthill bridge/Quarry Park Shrewsbury

Efforts sessions for all abilities plus steady run Column Car Park, Shirehall, Shrewsbury

Thursday 6.55
Track Session, London Road, College Arts & Technology Shrewsbury. All abilities catered for
