Hayle is one of the largest and certainly the friendliest running club in cornwall. whether you can walk/run a mile or complete a 2:30 marathon , we have the coaches and support to help you. Runs leave from Hayle rugby club at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursdays and also we provide Track training at Carn Brea Lesiure centre every Thursday at 7pm. In the summer we train mostly on the beautiful hayle towans where you can watch the sun set over St ives bay as you run. Racing included the Cornwall Grand Prix.
