Sunderland Harriers & AC has been formed for almost 100 years and caters for men, women and children above the age eight years old.
Our tradition is in cross country and road running. We have great strength in depth at distance events, but are keen to improve on the number of .

Everyone is Welcome. Complex, and we have the use of the six lane synthetic track .
