formerley known as Rivacre Runners & Joggers, we have been in existance for some 15 years. Though originally a road running club, we have continued to progress an and now compete at county, regional and national level in both road & cross country evnts. Level 3. offer UKA qualified coaching for endurance standards to Level 3.

New members who join Ellesmere Port Running Club will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Ellesmere Port Running Club having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Ellesmere Port Running Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Tuesday @ 6.45 p.m.
From the Whitby sports & Social Club. Three organised runs of 5 & 8 miles and speed work up to 7 miles.

Friday @ 6.45 p.m.
A single run of 5-6 miles either as a steady run or at threshold pace for those so inclined.
