Small, friendly club (60 - 70 members) of all ages (minimum age 15)and all abilities. Active and growing number of lady members.

All club runs carefully organised to suit ability. No one ever gets left behind. Qualified club coaches to help you get started and to improve.

New members who join Dunstable Road Runners will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Dunstable Road Runners having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Dunstable Road Runners will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Monday 7.00 pm
Small group meeting at Dunstable Leisure Centre for training run (5 - 7 miles).

Wednesday 7.00 pm
Main Club meeting at Dunstable Leisure Centre. Suitable for all abilities. New members welcome. Up to 4 groups running various routes (on and off) road 5 to 9 miles. Slow group running at 10 -12 minute mile pace depending on who is there.
