Existing members of Pensby Runners will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Tuesday 7.0 pm
From Heswall Squash Club by the Devon Doorway. Either 7 miles fast running or 5-6 miles easy running.

Friday 7.0 pm
From Heswall Squash Club by the Devon Doorway. 5-8 miles easy running with opportunities to do extra sprints and hill-climbs. Summer is tracks, footpaths and beach. Winter is more hills.

Sunday 9.0 am
From Thurstaston Hill car park. 7 miles entirely off-road with a beach section. Opportunity to extend this to 9 or 10 miles.
