New members who join Sheffield Running Club will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Sheffield Running Club having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Sheffield Running Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Tuesday at 6.00pm
1 hour+ run with a number of groups ranging from 6-7 min mile pace to 9-10 min mile pace

Thursday at 6.00pm
Interval/repetition training session all abilities

Sunday at 10.30am
Pack run from different venues each week around the city of Sheffield
