Existing members of Trentham Running Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Sunday 9.00 and 9.30
two or three groups of various standards with the quicker lads and lassies going at 9.00

Tuesday 6.30
two or three groups with the faster group/s doing some kind of speed session
