We are a friendly 'Clubmark' accreditated club, of mainly road runners. We also run in the local cross country league, multi terrain and Northants Road Running League. We have a growing number of members who also enjoy triathlons and members that take on longer challenges such as ultra marathons and Ironman . All abilities are welcome from beginners to racers. We run a Junior section that trains in all aspects of athletics from running to high jump.

From the Wellingborough School, athletes put into groups depending on ability. Beginner groups - Speed / hill sessions etc Other groups - Long run from 5 miles - 8 miles

From the Wellingborough School. Beginner groups - long run - 4 - 6 miles Other Groups - Speed / hill session etc

Tuesday 6.30pm - 8pm
Junior Section. Either Sportshall or Track Sessions from Running, High Jump to shotput
