The new running section for the RSA Club Liverpool.
All RSA Club members are welcome to join to get fit and compete in road races in Liverpool.

Individual training plans to help you get fitter and group training sessions to make running more fun.

Existing members of RSA Club Bladerunners will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Running laps along the waterfront for about an hour. We'll do one lap together and then everyone can run at their own pace around the course which is about 2.5km. Meet in the lift lobby on PQ/-2 at 5, ready to go.
