Existing members of East Cornwall Harriers will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

usually intervals or hills - all speeds road in Winter, grass in Summer

Thursdays 6.30pm
steady run or fartlek - lit roads in Winter country/moorland lanes in Summer

Saturdays 8am
long run, starting place & route varies
