The club aims to be a community based athletics club supporting athletes at all levels up to Olympic standard. The club was formed in 1912.

In recent years, club athletes have won national titles and international honours. Nicola Sanders won European Sarah Jarvis, Tim Gardner, Laura Patterson, Other internationals 1997 to 2000 are Christina Radon, Sarah Jarvis, Tim Gardner, Laura Patterson, Louretta Thorne, Leanne O'Callaghan & Judy Turton.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 7pm
This is the main evening for general training sessions. Venues may vary. Winter can be indoors.

Thurdays at 7pm
General training seesion. Venues may vary. Winter can be indoors.

Sundays at 10 pm
General training session. This is dependant on the time of year & clashing fixtures.
