South Kent Harriers has a tradition of being one of Kent's top road running clubs, specialising at distances all the way through to the Marathon. The club is a friendly club that welcomes membership from all age groups. Support and advice can be given from our experienced coaches and athletes. Indeed many have performed at county,regional, national and even Internaional levels. The Club looks forward to the future with new vigour as it aims towards the advent and excitement of 2012 and beyond.

Existing members of South Kent Harriers will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Tuesday at 6.30pm
Repetition/interval or Fartlek session

Thursday at 6.30pm
Steady endurance run 5-9 miles

Sunday at 10.15am
Long Run 12-21 miles.
