Based, at Westminster Lodge, near the centre of St Albans, the club has a modern and well-equipped leisure complex and running track for all it's members. This is complemented by the vast and beautiful Verulamium Park, ideal as an alternative training ground for long distance and endurance sessions. The club competes in a variety of men's and women's leagues from 11 years of age and upwards. For the younger athletes events occur throughout the summer season. The club now has a cross country team competing throughout the winter.
At the club are a number of coaches with knowledge on every discipline for all ages who will provide basic skills to younger athletes and more advanced specialised techniques to older athletes.

The The track is situated in St.Albans town centre at the bottom of Holywell hill within the grounds of Westminster lodge leisure centre.
