we are a growing club that has an open door policy the ages go from 8 upwards we have an athletic group which train on a tuesday and a road running group that train on a thursday there is also a small group which train on the beach on a tuesday we welcome anyone and everyone irrespective of their abilities just as long as they are willing to participate!

Club Training Sessions

tuesday 6-8pm
we train indoors during winter at Budmouth technology college weymouth and summer outdoors at the marsh Knightingale rd weymouth 8 years to 11 train from 6-7pm 12 an upwards from 7-8pm during the summer we all train from 6-7.30pm
