BWF AC encompasses all athletics disciplines and caters for all standards of athletes from 8 to 80+. There are 20+ coaches able to offer coaching in many of the disciplines and the club is part of the Lancashire Athletics Coaching Forum seeking to improve standards throughout Lancashire.

Training sessions can be found on just about every week day evening and there are opportunities to compete in events from local to national level.
