I am a UK:A Level 4 Coach qualified in coaching Sprints, Coambined Events, Throws, Jumps and Endurance. I coach At Wodson Park, Ware on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights and on saturday mornings, and also on a couple of locations around Hertford on Sunday mornings.
