Sole Sisters (North Bristol) is the only UK/England Athletics Affiliated running club in Sth Glos/North Bristol. It welcomes ladies of all abilities and offers dedicated beginners courses during the year.

Existing members of Sole Sisters (North Bristol) will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Monday 7 pm
We take out 2 x 4 mile groups, 1 x 5 mile group and 2 x 6 mile groups. Once a month we also add a speed work session and hill work as an added extra
