Trent Park is a Running Club for All. We cater for all abilities and take part in race leagues across the year, including track, road-racing and cross-country. We have a fun social calendar as well and have excellent facilities at Southgate Hockey Centre to enable us to shower and meet at the bar after our training sessions.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 7.30pm
Track training at QEII Stadium, Donkey Lane in Enfield.

Thursday at 7.00pm
Southgate Hockey Centre (clubhouse). Longer tempo runs to cater for all abilities. Newcomers are asked to come to this session first..Ask for Penny Malcolm or Jane on arrival.

Saturday at 9.30am
Southgate Hockey Centre (clubhouse). Training in Trent Park covering either a hill or speed session, or simply a run around the perimeter - depending on the group.

  • Mid-week 10k road race league (summer)
