GRC was formed by a group of runners ranging from the complete novice to the seasoned club runner. We are therefore in the perfect position to cater for a wide range of abilities. We are particularly geared up to look after those new to running, the jogger and the charity runner for which the traditional athletic club doesn't cater for. That said, we have some fast members as well, and they are keen to develop that side of the club. We aim to be a good value, light touch club that is in tune with its members and offers them what they want - that includes training, racing and a social side. We have an excellent range of training sessions that will suit every ability - see the Training page for details. Although our main Raison d'être is to make running as much fun and enjoyable as possible - there are a whole host of runners out there that love racing. So we will be working with that group to help them attain their racing targets and those elusive pb's - see the Races page for details. We also know members don't want to just train and race - so we are keen to develop a social side as well to knit the whole thing together.
