Ipswich JAFFA is a friendly running club (established in 1977) where you will find plenty of members who are very willing to help and advise. We meet every Monday evening (excluding National holidays) at the Northgate Sports Club, Ipswich where the announcements start promptly at 7:15pm. Typically these announcements include information about members who have raced in the previous week, forthcoming events such as social functions, races and club trips, presentation of awards and certificates and details about the training being undertaken that evening. This will almost certainly include a group doing a track session, supervised by at least one of our qualified coaches.
