The County Athletics Association serves to enable local clubs to network, by providing championships, and higher level inter-county competition for the elite athletes. Individuals cannot affiliate directly to the County Association. They should join one of the local athletics clubs listed below.

At the Woodside Stadium in Watford regular open meetings have become the focus of many track & field open meetings on Wednesday Evenings.
