Venue: High Ongar, Essex Start Time: 11am Entry Fee: £9.00 (pre entry) or 7.00 attached £10.00 (on the day)eppin or 8.0	This popular annual race is off road and across the beautiful Essex countryside. There are trophies for the winner of each catagory and t/shirts for all entrants.

Sunday 10 September 2006 10km Great Forest Run

Venue: Bedgebury Forest, Kent Start Time: 10.30am Entry Fee: £12.00 (attached) £14.00 (unattached)

Following the huge success of this race in 2005, we are repeating th e event in 2006. It is a beautiful track through the forest and is o n consolidated roads with gentle hills. Medals and trophies will be awarded at the event. We are also holding a children's fun run simul taneously. All proceeds go to Marie Curie Cancer Care to help fund their nurses care for terminally ill patients in their own homes.
